The appointment of Harriet Miers, an unqualified political crony with no proven judicial philosophy or experience, would put our Constitutional rights in immediate danger. Therefore, we urge every US Senator to oppose the Miers nomination and force President George W. Bush to appoint a proven, well-qualified conservative to the nation's highest court.
