How can it be fair that those without any motor vehicle insurance are permitted to drive around our streets, risking the damage of other's vehicles without being held responsible? How many of us have encountered a situation where someone has damaged our vehicle with their own and refused to pay because they don't even have third Party motor vehicle insurance?
It's not fair.
The aim of this petition is to equalise the responsibility of car ownership for all Victorians. Our aim is to make Third Party Motor Vehicle mandatory as part of the Registration process of any Motor Vehicle within Victoria.
