Law reform that entitle late term abortion survivors (babies) medical care sign now
THIS IS NOT A PETITION AGAINST ABORTION! iTS ABOUT PROTECTING THE SURVIVORS OF ABORTION
In Victoria of 2007, 54 out of 181 late term fetuses who were aborted survived late term abortions but all died with no record of care shown. It is not verywell known that in a country like Australia, If a child survives an attempted abortion they are not entitled to any basic medical rights.
This petition has the intention of a inducung a law reform of the Abortion act of Australia which will entitle the children who survive abortions to be classified as human beings and therefor entitling them to medical care.
