Force quota limit or tax on outsourcing sign now

For the sake of stopping foreign currency to go abroad and better job availibility of the locals there should be a limit on how much local work/service can be outsourced to other countries like India, China, etc. Please sign this petition if you believe discouraging outsourcing (like software development/maintenance/call centre) by enabling quota or TAX will create more opportunities for the local and will bring good to our country.
